**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Train and oversee cashiers
- Understand product placement at the store
- Ensure accurate drawer reconciliation at the end of each shift
- Serve as backup for any cashiers calling out

**Qualifications for Head Cashier**
- Graduate of Business Administration major in Financial Management.
- At least 1 year previous experience as a Cashier or any field.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Keen ability to multitask.
- Must demonstrate a friendly and courteous attitude.
- On-time with reliable transportation.
- Willingness to train and mentor others.
- Experience reconciling registers.
- Superior customer service skills.
