Job Overview: You will enhance your guest relations skills by establishing and maintaining positive business and guest relationships.
Job Objectives: To take orders and payments accurately.
To provide a quality and fast service to the guests.
To build a good relationship with the guests.
Duties & Responsibilities: Greet guests when entering or leaving the establishment.
Ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate.
Answering the questions of the guests.
Taking orders from the guests.
Operating cash registers.
Job Specifications: At least High School graduate.
Must be able to converse in English.
With at least 3 to 5 years of work experience in a hotel or fine dining.
Willing to work during weekends and holidays.
Willing to work full-time or on-call and on a shifting schedule.
Willing to work in Alfonso, Cavite (Tagaytay).
