Cash Management Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY:
The CM Supervisor protects and develops the liquid assets of a company, maximizing their use and return to the organization, including managing funds, overseeing the allocation of cash balances, reviewing forecasted balances, and examining any shortages or overages.

Education and Training Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, CPA is a plus.With at least 3 years experience as cash management team leader/ supervisor.Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, with progressive leadership responsibilities.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle Netsuite) and Microsoft Excel.Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders.Leadership qualities, including team-building, coaching, and decision-making capabilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
