Cash Applications Coordinator

This position is responsible for timely and accurate application of funds that are received from passengers or vendors.
On a daily basis the coordinator helps to make sure all checks are accounted for and applied within the time frame set for the department.
Coordinator also helps with researching any checks or wire transfers received that may not have back up with them and taking the correct steps to make sure the funds are applied properly, i.e., contact the passenger or vendor to see why they sent funds into the company.
Coordinator will be responsible to make sure all timelines for Month End close is met so that the department can close by their set time frame.

• Minimum one (1) year of accounting/finance experience with emphasis on cash applications
