**Description**:
**Legal Case Managers / Claims Specialists** will support attorneys and oversee the case management process at law firms.
They organize and maintain case files, help manage caseload requirements, and monitor budgets, timelines, and billing for case completion.
**JOB TASKS**:
- Provide paralegal support and legal research to partners and associates across various departments
- Work closely with various Partners and coordinate with governmental agencies regarding the establishment and corporate restructuring of branches/companies on behalf of foreign company clients.
- Work closely with Senior Associates regarding arbitration cases for various clients.
- Assist first cut due diligence of corporate transactions.
- Assist in pre/post-closing of document transactions with the Banking and Finance team.
- Arrange legalization and authentication of documents.
- Coordinate translation of documents.
- Profiling know-how for the practice group and new laws posted by LexisNexis.
- Assist Attorneys in preparing memos, terms of engagement letters, conflict checks for new and existing clients, and attorney-client correspondences.
**Qualifications**:
- A Highschool diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
- With at least 2 years of professional experience in management and coordination
- MEDICAL KNOWLEDGE OR EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
- Preferably Case Managers with experience in Corporate, Real Estate, Banking & Finance, Litigation
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills with a very good English accent
- Has exceptional organizational skills and is able to multi-task
- Knowledgeable in business communication and is professional in dealings with clients
- Ability to work with databases and online technological platforms
- Ability to be detail-oriented, diligent, and flexible
- Ability to handle conflicting time demands and focus on task completion with little direction or need for supervisory follow-up
- Proficient command of the English language in both oral and written format
- Ability to work and maintain patience with diversified individuals of various backgrounds and professional competencies
- Committed to maintaining integrity and confidentiality on behalf of the company, the firm, and its clients
- Own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, core 5 above) and with an internet connection of at least 10mbps
- Willing to work on the Pacific Standard Time schedule
