Cargo Sales Executive

Company: Aviation Solutions GSA PhilippinesCargo Sales Executive is responsible for day to day transactions, including introduction of cargo products in the market and maintaining sales and high standard of service to customers/ freight forwarders.Functions"Get the sale" using various customer sales methods (door- to- door, cold calling, presentation, etc.)Forecast sales, develop "out of the box" sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.Evaluate customer's needs and build productive long lasting relationshipsMeet personal and team sales targets.Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads.Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments.Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical dataMaintain and expand client database within your assigned territory.Maintaining accurate recordsReviewing sales performance.Negotiating rates/contractsQuality sales call: 30 sales visit a week (Sales Blitz)Prepares and submits the following: Weekly Sales Reports, Daily Tonnage & Revenue, Weekly Cargo Loss Report, Potential BusinessAdvisory to customers on Sales and Service mattersMaintain good relationship with Principal/ AirlinesMust assist Customer Service Representative in preparation of Explanation LetterTrend analysis of accountsMust ensure to keep the accounts, improve delivery of service, increase sales revenue.Post uplift report preparationQualifications:Must possess a Bachelor's Degree/ completed a 4 year courseExcellent communication skillsCustomer management skillsSales skills including prospecting, negotiation, persuasion, and closing dealsProven track record in cargo and freight sales, with a minimum of 1 year relevant experience.Amenable to work during Saturdays
