Card Room Manager

NUSTAR Resort and Casino is currently on the lookout for Card Room Manager.

 

Key Duties:
Oversee the smooth operations of the Card Room including monitoring all areas and ensuring SOP and card security are implemented in compliance with the regulatory requirements.

Manage the performances of Card Room Supervisors and Shufflers by coaching, counseling, and motivating with an emphasis on subordinates to perform their duties at the

optimum level.Reports any suspicious activities or behavior to Sr. Card Room Manager

Qualifications:
High School Degree, College Degree in related field preferred

Minimum 18 months experience in Card Room

Experience as a Pit Manager and dealer preferred
