Car Rental Agent

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Rental Car Agent to provide excellent customer service and assist clients with renting vehicles. You will be responsible for processing rentals, answering customer questions, and ensuring a smooth rental experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist with vehicle selection based on their needs.
Process rental agreements and vehicle returns.
Verify customer information and ensure all documentation is complete.
Inspect vehicles for damage and document rental conditions.
Handle payments, provide rental information, and explain policies.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the rental area.
Qualifications:

College graduate or with previous customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of rental software.
Must have a valid driver's license.
