Campus/Early Careers Manager

**Qualifications/ Experience**
- **Strong understanding of early careers segment in Philippines.

- **Currently an Early Career/Campus Recruitment Manager**:

- **Preferred graduate/ post-graduate from one of the good universities**:

- **Should be open to travel to all Company sites and events.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute early careers strategy for Company in PHL Manage fulfillment and delivery of early careers demand in:
**Full time hires**
- Operations
- Technology Interns hiring University relationship

**Build university relationships**
- Create engagement and connect opportunities with the universities
- Partner with universities on key common activities

**Brand Building**

Lead and drive efforts to increase Company brand equity and awareness on campus.
Program Management Execute and manage various early careers programs.
Reporting & Analytics Reporting and reviewing data

**Salary**: Php80,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month
