Position Overview We are seeking a Client Performance Analyst to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and overall outcomes of our client operations, onboarding processes, and campaign performance. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive, and analytical individual who can leverage data to provide actionable insights and drive process improvements. As a key contributor to our client's team, you will ensure client satisfaction by optimizing operations, analyzing performance metrics, and continuously improving our campaign strategies.
Employment Set-Up: Remote; candidates must reside within the Metro Manila vicinity.
Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to client operations, onboarding processes, and campaign performance.KPI Tracking & Optimization: Develop, monitor, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) for client accounts and campaigns, ensuring they align with business objectives.Client Onboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new clients and campaigns, ensuring seamless integration with our systems.Process Improvement: Identify and address inefficiencies in client onboarding and campaign management. Propose and implement solutions to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.Campaign Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess and review existing client accounts and campaigns to identify trends, performance gaps, and optimization opportunities.Reporting & Presentations: Prepare detailed reports and presentations, translating complex data into actionable insights and strategies for internal and external stakeholders.Project Management Tools: Utilize tools such as Trello, Monday.com, and Retool to manage projects, track performance, and drive improvements.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various internal and external teams to align operational improvements with client needs and business goals.Continuous Improvement: Proactively provide data-driven recommendations and support for ongoing process and campaign performance enhancements. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in operations analysis, client account management, or a similar role.Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Retool).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to interpret complex data and propose actionable solutions.Excellent attention to detail and precision in identifying issues and opportunities for improvement.Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations effectively. Strong Preferences: Experience in client onboarding, account management, or campaign performance analysis. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.Previous experience working in a SaaS or tech environment, especially with client operations or account management.
