We're looking for a Campaign Manager to spearhead our Facebook campaigns and eventually lead a team of dedicated media buyers. If you're passionate about digital marketing and eager to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Management: Oversee the Campaign Manager (CM), ensuring all campaign
details are accurately inputted and managed.
2. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad
copies that resonate with our target audience.
3. Launch and Optimization: Efficiently launch campaigns on Facebook, monitoring their
performance and making necessary adjustments to optimize results.
4. Reporting: Provide detailed daily reports on campaign performance, analyzing metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
5. Tracker Management: Maintain and manage trackers, emphasizing accuracy and
attention to detail to ensure data integrity.
6. Performance Marketing: Utilize experience in performance marketing to enhance
campaign effectiveness and achieve marketing goals.
7. Innovative Strategies: Apply knowledge of Blackhat marketing tactics where appropriate, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.
Required Skills and Experience:
? Must be willing to take an assessment in order to proceed with the hiring process.
? A minimum of 5 years of experience in a campaign management role.
? Proven expertise in Facebook Marketing, Google Marketing, and other digital advertising
platforms.
? Familiarity with cloaking technologies and strategies is highly desirable.
? A strong background in performance marketing, with a track record of delivering
measurable results.
? Knowledge of Blackhat marketing techniques is an advantage.
? Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
? Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating with
cross-functional teams.
? Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects
simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
