Qualifications:

- College graduate of any 4 or 5 year business related course preferably Communications, Marketing, Business, Communications research, Agriculture, Information Technology, Data Management & Digital courses
- Experience in Marketing, Market Research and Communications is an advantage

**Responsibilities**:

- Consolidation and encoding of approved workplans/campaign reports to CAM
- Assist in the monitoring, implementation and evaluation of approved workplan in the field
- Assist in event management of field activities in coordination with field staff/commercial team
- Assist in the execution and tracking of all grower marketing programs for all crops
- Help in the pre/mid/post analysis of the grower marketing program
