Calling All Nursing And Pharmacy Graduates- High Pay

The Customer Service Representative (Nurse or Pharmacist) plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders. This position requires a qualified nurse or pharmacist with strong communication skills, empathy, and a deep understanding of medical terminology and healthcare processes. The primary responsibility is to assist and support customers with inquiries, provide accurate medical information, and ensure a positive and efficient experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Graduate of BS Nursing, Pharmacy or any medical allied professions.
- With or without PRC license.
- With or without BPO experience.
- At least 6 months of experience (either BPO or hospital/clinical setting)
- With good to excellent English written and oral communication skills
- Willing to start ASAP and work on site in Cebu City
