TASQ Staffing Solutions is looking for a call center workforce management scheduler for Pasay.

The qualifications are the following:

· College Graduate or completed at least 1 year in college
· At least 2 years of hands-on experience in WFM in a call center inbound voice process
· At least 1 year of Scheduling experience using any of the following tools - eWFM, Blue Pumpkin/Impact 360, or IEX.

Qualified candidates can anticipate receiving interview invitations within 24-72 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays. If a call is missed, follow-up text and email messages will be sent. Interviews can be arranged through Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp, or Teams upon request.
