Job Responsibilities: Training Needs Analysis: Accurately identify training needs.Provide ongoing support on the floor to sustain learning and improve performance. Curriculum and Course Design: Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of course design methodologies. Content Development: Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of content development and adhere to appropriate methodologies. Course Delivery: Possess effective training techniques and methods. Research Methodology: Basic knowledge of research methodology and principles for ethical and effective research. Partnering: Collaborate closely with various functions and stakeholders.Work effectively with client teams, ensuring cross-cultural communication. People Management: Build and lead cross-cultural teams.Manage conflicts effectively. Planning, Organizing, and Administrative Skills: Perform administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, agent evaluation, training feedback, and utilization reporting.Coordinate scheduling, CS domain, reports, and TIG/Facilities interactions.Optimize available resources when scheduling training.Ensure timely execution of training plans and delivery.Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies within processes and the team.
