Call Center Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Storm Technologies is currently seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team on a remote basis in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. This part-time position is at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers with professionalism and efficiency.2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions.3. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions using our CRM system.4. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and achieve targets.5. Participate in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities to improve performance.6. Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold quality standards.

Requirements:1. Energetic and driven personality traits to engage customers effectively.2. Strong cooperation and emotional intelligence skills to work well in a team environment.3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.4. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.6. Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.
