**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Support:**
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding our financial services and products.
- Provide accurate, professional, and courteous assistance to customers while ensuring that their needs are met promptly.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary to ensure resolution.

2. **Data Management:**
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries, complaints, and service requests in our CRM system.
- Assist in managing customer accounts by verifying and updating information as needed.

3. **Follow-Up:**
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback on service delivery.
- Proactively reach out to potential customers to promote our services and gather insights about customer needs.

4. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with team members and other departments to facilitate smooth operations and communicate customer feedback for service improvement.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and contribute to the overall enhancement of service quality.

5. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and customer service best practices to better serve our customers.
- Contribute innovative ideas and strategies for improving service efficiency and effectiveness.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:**
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in related fields is a plus.

- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in using computers and familiar with CRM software or similar technologies.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Energetic and positive attitude, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Reliable and punctual, demonstrating a strong commitment to meeting work schedules.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong planning skills to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Innovative mindset to suggest improvements and contribute to a dynamic work environment.

- **Languages:**
- Proficient in English and Filipino; additional language skills may be considered an asset.
