**Job Description:**

AQWIRE is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Call Center Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this part-time role, you will be the voice of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and fostering positive relationships to enhance customer satisfaction. Your ability to negotiate effectively and pay keen attention to detail will be vital to your success in this role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Interaction:** Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.

- **Issue Resolution:** Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely manner, utilizing problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

- **Data Management:** Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Ensure all data entries meet quality standards with attention to detail.

- **Service Improvement:** Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team lead to help shape service improvements. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing the overall customer experience.

- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain a deep knowledge of AQWIRE's products and services to provide accurate information and support to customers. Stay updated on new product launches and service updates.

- **Negotiation Skills:** Engage with customers in a persuasive manner to effectively negotiate solutions. Work towards achieving mutually beneficial outcomes while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with colleagues in the call center and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Share knowledge and assist team members as needed.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in using CRM software and other related tools. Strong ability to navigate multiple computer systems while communicating with clients.

- **Soft Skills:**
- **Attention to Detail:** Ability to handle multiple tasks, ensuring accuracy and quality in all outputs.
- **Negotiation Skills:** Confidence and skillfulness in engaging customers, particularly in conflict resolution and service enhancement scenarios.

- **Personality Traits:**
- **Adaptable:** Quick to learn and adjust to changing circumstances, processes, and technologies.
- **Dedicated:** Committed to providing exceptional service and willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's degree or higher is preferred.
