Fresh Graduate | High School Graduate | No Experience
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in using computer applications and navigating various software.
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Willing to work onsite in TELEPERFORMANe Magsaysay Avenue
Job Responsibilities:

Easy Account | Voice | International
Answering inquiries and complaints via phone or e-mail
Assisting customers by responding to their questions
Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner
Giving the best solution based on details provided by the customer.
Providing excellent customer service 24/7
WITH HMO, INCENTIVES, BONUSES, AND ACCOUNT ALLOWANCE.

Training provided / Virtual Process / No need to go onsite for the Interview.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to Php16,850.00 per month
