### Job Description:

Jollibee Foods Corporation is seeking an energetic and resilient Call Center Representative to join our dedicated customer service team in a remote capacity. ### Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Interaction:** Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email promptly and professionally. Offer assistance regarding menu items, promotions, and special offers.
- **Issue Resolution:** Utilize analytical skills to identify and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner. Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
- **Data Entry and Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues resolved, and feedback for future reference. Ensure data privacy and compliance with company policies.
- **Product Knowledge:** Stay updated on menu changes, promotions, and new offerings to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- **Sales Support:** Use persuasion skills to upsell menu items and services, fulfilling sales targets while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and supervisors to share customer feedback and suggest improvements for products and services.
- **Continuous Improvement:** Actively participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills, share best practices, and contribute to team goals.
- **Risk Management:** Exercise calculated risk-taking to propose and implement innovative solutions and improvements in customer service processes.

### Requirements:

**Educational Background:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in customer service or related fields is a plus.

**Experience:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. Experience in the food industry is highly desirable.

**Key Skills:**
- **Analytical Skills:** Proficient in identifying and solving problems based on customer needs and company protocols.
- **Persuasion Skills:** Ability to influence and convince customers effectively to enhance their overall experience and increase sales.

**Technical Skills:**
