Call Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Resellee is seeking a hardworking and resilient Call Center Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate Level representative, you should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
2. Provide accurate information about products and services, and assist customers with any inquiries or issues they may have.
3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations and delivering delight.
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
6. Utilize innovative solutions to resolve customer concerns and improve processes.
7. Demonstrate attention to detail in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
8. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
1. 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
2. Hardworking and resilient personality traits.
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
4. Innovative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other call center tools.
7. High school diploma or equivalent.
