### **Job Summary:**

SM Investments Corporation is seeking a motivated and reliable Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team in Cebu. As a key member of our customer service department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction while facilitating communication between our business and our valued clients. This part-time position offers a flexible working environment that is responsive to change and designed for efficiency.

### **Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Service Excellence:**
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, questions, and concerns through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, promotions, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner, utilizing problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.

- **Communication and Cooperation:**
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery and improve customer experiences.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using company CRM systems, ensuring accuracy for future reference and reporting.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions aimed at improving service quality and operational processes.

- **Adaptability and Training:**
- Stay informed about new products, services, and updates within the company to provide relevant information to customers.
- Take part in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance service skills and product knowledge.
- Adapt to changes in work processes and customer needs promptly, adjusting strategies as necessary to maintain efficiency.

- **Performance Metrics and Reporting:**
- Meet and exceed individual performance targets, including call handling times, customer satisfaction scores, and other key performance indicators.
- Provide feedback to management about recurring customer issues, suggesting potential improvements to products or service protocols.

### **Requirements:**

- **Education:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role, with a proven track record of handling customer queries and complaints successfully.

- **Skills:**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficient in using computer systems and MS Office tools.
- Familiarity with CRM software and phone systems is a plus.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Highly motivated and driven to deliver excellent service.
- Reliable and dependable, with a strong work ethic.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Excellent cooperation skills, demonstrating the ability to work within a team.
