**Job Description:**

Globe Telecom is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Call Center Officer to join our vibrant team in Cebu, Central Visayas. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery to our customers, addressing inquiries, and providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Interaction:**
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers, providing accurate information and addressing their inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring that all concerns are addressed to the customer's satisfaction.

- **Problem Solving:**
- Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions; escalate complex issues to the relevant departments as necessary.
- Make informed decisions based on company policy and customer needs, ensuring compliance with Globe Telecom's standards.

- **Product Knowledge:**
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Globe Telecom's products and services to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
- Stay updated on new products, services, promotions, and company policies to ensure that customer information is current.

- **Documentation & Reporting:**
- Accurately document customer interactions and outcomes in the system to maintain a clear record of customer issues and resolutions.
- Prepare reports on customer feedback, common issues, and overall customer satisfaction for team review and improvement strategies.

- **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless communication and effective resolution of issues.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and contribute to a culture of ongoing learning and development.

**Requirements:**

- **Education and Experience:**
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, etc.).
- Familiarity with telecommunication products and services will be an advantage.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Resourceful: Able to find innovative solutions in challenging situations and to maximize the use of available resources.
- Driven: Motivated to achieve goals, willing to learn, and maintain a proactive attitude towards personal and team performance.
