Call Center Manager - Work From Home

Job Description:

Resellee is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a call center environment and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of call center agents to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to improve call center operations and efficiency
- Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Train and coach call center agents to enhance their skills and performance
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve call center operations

Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in a call center environment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals and targets
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Hardworking and dedicated personality traits
- Persuasion and analysis soft skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
