Job Description:

ChatGenie, a leading technology company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to work from home in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 5 years of experience in a call center management role.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage a team of remote call center agents to ensure efficient and effective customer service.
2. Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to optimize performance.
3. Monitor call center metrics and KPIs to track and improve team performance.
4. Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and feedback to agents.
5. Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and customer experience.
6. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve call center operations.

Requirements:
1. Energetic and confident personality traits to effectively lead a remote team.
2. Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills to ensure quality customer service.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members.
4. Proven experience in call center management, with a track record of success in meeting KPIs.
5. Proficiency in call center software and tools to monitor and analyze performance metrics.
