**CLIENT**

Swedish financial technology or micro lending company.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Oversee the achievement of performance targets and budgeted goals
- Manage daily operations of call center team including personnel, scheduling, training, reporting and outbound lead pipelines
- Achieve all individual and team targets / KPIs set by the department (Sales, AHT, QSL/QI)
- Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company objectives
- Execute required corrective/developmental action to remedy deficiencies as required

**JOB QUALIFICATION**
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications preferred
- At least 6 years experience in a similar position.
Managerial experience in a Tele-sales environment is an advantage.
- Ability to be thorough, accurate and complete when working, processing or providing information and documenting.
- Strong organizational & analytical skills.
