Job Description:We are looking for a resilient and energetic Call Center Manager to join our team at BeamAndGo in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in a call center environment, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our call center team.

Responsibilities:- Manage and lead a team of call center representatives to ensure excellent customer service and productivity- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the call center operations- Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics to identify areas for improvement- Train and coach call center representatives to enhance their skills and performance- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience- Maintain a positive and motivating work environment for the call center team- Generate reports and provide insights to the leadership team on call center performance

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proven experience in project management and adaptability to changing circumstances- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and call center software- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
