Position: Call Center Customer Representative
Location: BGC, Makati and Quezon City Full-Time
Shifts: Rotating Schedule
Salary: 20k - 24k

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls

- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
