QUALIFICATIONS: At least a Senior High School diploma with 1 year of BPO experience handling inbound calls and email; orA bachelor's degree and at least 6 months of BPO experience handling inbound calls and emailFinancial and Salesforce background and experience are a plusExcellent written and spoken English communication skillsBasic technical skills—proficient on the Internet, email, CRM, and Windows applicationsA critical thinker with good analytical skills and attention to detailFlexible and able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentEffective organization and time management skillsUpbeat, positive, kind, and empathetic personalityMust be willing to work 100% on-site on the night shiftCan start immediately RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide assistance to US-based retirement beneficiaries over the phone and via emailIdentify contribution errors, missed deferral opportunities, and employees across various beneficiary statusesProactively communicate operational and system issues promptlyCollaborate with program members to resolve customer inquiries and operational projects
