Call Center Associate - Work From Home

Job Description:

Great Deals E-commerce Corporation is seeking a motivated and reliable Call Center Associate to join our team. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries they may have.

Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Providing product information and assistance with online orders
- Upselling products and services to increase sales revenue
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction
- Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations
- Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills
- Creativity in finding solutions to customer issues
- Reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently
