PearlPay is seeking a motivated and experienced Call Center Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a work-from-home position based in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment.

Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and concerns.- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers and resolving their queries in a timely manner.- Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport with customers and provide solutions to their problems.- Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:- 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.- Driven and resourceful personality traits.- Proficiency in analysis and persuasion soft skills.- High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
