**Job Description:**

Humble Sustainability is seeking a motivated and reliable Call Center Associate to join our dynamic team. In this part-time position, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and enhancing customer experiences. As a member of our team, you will be central to our mission of promoting sustainability, ensuring our customers feel valued and supported every step of the way.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Interaction:** Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat. Handle incoming inquiries in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.

- **Issue Resolution:** Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, aiming to exceed expectations while following company policies and procedures.

- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain an up-to-date understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers and assist them in making informed decisions.

- **Data Management:** Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and inquiries into our customer relationship management (CRM) system to support data integrity and industry regulations.

- **Continuous Improvement:** Actively participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve skills and share insights on customer needs and experiences.

- **Research and Adaptation:** Conduct research on customer-related queries, utilizing various tools and resources, and adapt responses to meet unique customer needs effectively.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and provide feedback on operational improvements.

- **Performance Metrics:** Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and issue resolution rates, contributing to overall team success.

- **Promote Company Values:** Uphold the brand's mission and values in all customer interactions, focusing on sustainability and responsible practices.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:** A minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role, demonstrating a strong ability to engage with customers effectively.

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using computers and various software applications, including CRM systems. Comfortable navigating through websites and using communication tools.

- **Personality Traits:**
- **Reliable:** Proven track record of being dependable, punctual, and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
- **Confident:** Display self-assurance in handling conversations, overcoming objections, and providing customers with solutions.

- **Soft Skills:**
