Job Description:

Investagrams is seeking a reliable and resilient Call Center Associate to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience in a call center environment, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
- Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues
- Providing information about products and services
- Resolving customer complaints and issues
- Documenting all interactions with customers accurately and thoroughly
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meeting or exceeding performance goals and targets
- Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in a call center environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong cooperation and teamwork skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- High school diploma or equivalent
