Call Center Assistant - Work From Home

Job Description:

First Circle is seeking a Call Center Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, adaptable, detail-oriented, and possess strong persuasion skills.

Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
2. Provide information and assistance to customers regarding products and services.
3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
6. Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by the company.

Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
7. Must have a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection.
8. Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
