**Job Description:**

Altitude Games is seeking a dedicated and motivated Call Center Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Call Center Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer service experience while contributing to the overall success of our organization. You will work in a fast-paced environment, communicating with customers and supporting them in navigating our services and games.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Support:**
- Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing relevant information about Altitude Games' products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with game-related queries, account management, billing issues, and technical support.

2. **Communication:**
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, both verbally and in written form.
- Document customer interactions accurately, including issues raised and resolutions provided, in the company's CRM system.

3. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Share feedback and insights from customer interactions to improve team processes and game offerings.

4. **Decision Making:**
- Utilize problem-solving skills to assess customer situations and make informed decisions that align with company policies.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary, ensuring timely resolutions.

5. **Performance Monitoring:**
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on improving customer service strategies.

6. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Stay current with product updates, promotions, and changes in company policies that impact customer interactions.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Motivated: Demonstrates a strong desire to succeed and achieve personal and team goals.
- Driven: Shows enthusiasm for learning and professional growth while maintaining a positive attitude.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong decision-making capabilities, allowing for quick and effective resolutions to customer issues.
- Excellent cooperation skills, fostering teamwork and collaboration within the call center and across departments.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and experience with communication tools and technology.

- **Language Skills:** Fluent in English; proficiency in local dialects is a plus.
