Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide them with information about our products and services
- Assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have

- Collaborate with team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency in customer service delivery

Requirements:

- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
