### Job Description

Monde Nissin is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Call Center Assistant to join our dynamic team in Makati. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a call center environment, demonstrating reliability and adaptability. This part-time position will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining our commitment to quality.

### Responsibilities

- **Customer Support**: Provide exceptional service to customers through phone calls, emails, and chats, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product information.
- **Communication Skills**: Efficiently communicate with customers to understand their needs, tailor responses, and ensure a positive interaction.
- **Data Management**: Accurately input and maintain customer records in the CRM system, ensuring that all information is current and precise.
- **Problem Resolution**: Analyze customer issues and develop effective solutions in a timely manner, escalating to senior staff when necessary.
- **Reporting**: Generate and present reports on customer interactions, including feedback and insights that contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery.
- **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve common goals, ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- **Adaptability**: Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers and handle changing service demands.
- **Performance Metrics**: Strive to meet and exceed established performance metrics, including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction ratings.

### Requirements

#### Experience
- Minimum of 4 years in a call center, customer service, or related field.
- Proven ability to handle a high volume of calls and customer inquiries effectively.

#### Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
