### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Interaction:**
- Manage inbound calls and promptly respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and policies.
- Assist customers in navigating our e-commerce platform effectively, ensuring they have the necessary tools to make informed purchasing decisions.

- **Issue Resolution:**
- Handle customer complaints and issues with empathy, resilience, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Document interactions and follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues in a timely manner.

- **Sales and Promotion:**
- Identify and promote additional product offerings and services tailored to customer needs, thereby driving sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and presentation of promotional offers based on customer feedback and interactions.

- **Data Management:**
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system for analysis and reporting.
- Compile and present weekly reports on customer feedback and trends to improve service delivery and product offerings.

- **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with other team members and departments to streamline operations and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions aimed at improving service operations and personal skills.

- **Performance Improvement:**
- Demonstrate continuous improvement by actively seeking and implementing innovative solutions to optimize call handling and service quality.
- Take part in performance reviews and training sessions geared towards personal development and career enhancement.

### **Requirements:**

- **Education and Experience:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in a related field will be a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is required.
