Duties/Responsibilities:
Customer service, problem-solving, and ensuring client pleasure are call center agents' main responsibilities. They therefore need essential talents that allow them to engage with customers in a range of situations.

Qualifications:
At least High School Graduate
With at least 6 months Call Center Experience
Good to Excellent Communication Skills
Willing to work full time and in shifting schedule
Amenable to work on site
