Here's the qualifications:
At least SHS/HS Grad (Old Curr)
Without or with at least 6 months BPO experience or
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
Good to excellent communication skills in English
Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems
Typing speed of 25 - 30 WPM
Amenable to work on site
