Call Center Agent (Work From Home / Work On-Site)

Details of the offer

Customer Service Representatives directly help customers about their concerns, provide information about the company's products and services, process returns, and more. They mostly manage customer queries and complaints, process orders, and escalate complaints to the appropriate teams.

Customer Interaction:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person, offering accurate and helpful information.
Address customer concerns regarding products, services, billing, technical support, or other inquiries.
Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, and handling product exchanges.
Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional tone in all interactions with customers.

Problem Resolution:

Listen actively to customer complaints or concerns, and work to resolve issues promptly.
Provide troubleshooting assistance for product-related issues, directing customers to relevant departments or resources if necessary.
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a constructive manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Product/Service Knowledge:

Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of company products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information and recommendations.
Stay updated on product changes, promotions, or service modifications to assist customers effectively.

Order Processing & Documentation:

Accurately process customer orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring correct order details and information are captured.
Document customer interactions, maintain accurate records, and follow up on any pending issues or requests.
Update and manage customer accounts in the CRM or order management system.
