I posted a position for a remote customer service representative to handle inbound customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide general assistance over phone, email, and live chat. The role required excellent communication skills, patience, and a strong understanding of the company's products and services.Answer inbound calls and handle customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing, troubleshooting, or general concerns.Accurately log customer interactions and maintain detailed records of calls, complaints, and resolutions in the company's CRM system. Minimum Qualifications : BASIC ENGLISH HIGHSCHOOL GRADUATE (OLD/NEW CURRICULUM) COLLEGE GRAD/UNDERGRAD WITH OR WITHOUT CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE OPEN FOR NEWBIE OVER THE PHONE INTERVIEW WORK ON-SITE
