Call Center Agent / With Excellent Comms

Your day-to-day in a nutshell:
Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner

What are we looking for?
At least Senior High School Graduate (With Customer Facing Experience)
or) College Undergraduate (at least 2 years in College)or) College Graduate - With or Without BPO Experience
With Excellent Communication Skills
Willing to Work on Site
