Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Agent at STACKph in Quezon City. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction on a daily basis.


Site : Eton Centris /North Tower, Three Cyberpod, EDSA





Qualifications
At Least Have 12 months Call Center Experience
Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
Interpersonal Skills
Computer Literacy
Ability to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Excellent communication skills
Problem-solving abilities


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
