Your Key Responsibilities: Answers phone calls and provides important information/ assistance to clients.Checks mail, fax and internet mail to provide customer assistance.Manages computer/on-line guidelines for the purpose of responding to customer queries..Communicates with customer on the phone or using written correspondence to take care of concerns. Needed Qualifications: Candidate must have at least 1 month of BPO experienceCandidate must have at least Good English Communication SkillsAccepting Highschool graduates, College Undergraduates, Vocational Graduates, and K12/Senior Highschool GraduatesMust be willing to start ASAPAmenable to work on-site and on shifting scheduleWilling to work for Full time job
