Job Description:
Professionally interact with customers and respond to specific requests following process rules.
Provide customer support while paying close attention to their needs and showing empathy.

Qualifications:
At least 6 months of BPO experience
SHS/College Graduate
Good to excellent English communication skills
Available to start ASAP
