Customer Service Representatives handle concerns and complaints regarding goods and services. In addition to assisting consumers with returns, upgrades, and purchases, they frequently offer guidance and technical support. Qualification:
-At least 3 months BPO experience or at least 2-year collage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused and team-oriented
