Call Center Agent Position (Baguio)

As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about products and services.
You will also process orders, prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualification:
-At least Collage graduate (4-years course)
- above average to excellent communication skills in English
- willing to work in shifting schedules
- amenable to work onsite
