Call Center Agent Outbound Telesales

SOS is an Australian-owned BPO with branches in Makati and Cavite, looking to hire three 10 Call Center Agents to join the team in the Philippines for our client, a leading company providing diverse financial services across Australia. The successful candidates must be willing to work onsite.

Responsibilities:

Telemarketing of financial products
Communicating with clients through email and phone
Promoting products and services to clients
Building and nurturing strong relationships with current and potential clients
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in any related field
Minimum 2 years of work proven experience as an Outbound Call Center Agent
Must have excellent English communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Must be able to think outside of just reading a script
Must have exceptional phone/communication skills
Cold calling experience
Booking appointments for sales team to attend clients homes from leads where people have entered a free to enter competition
Must willing to work onsite (Shifts: 6am-2pm, 11am-8pm)
