Call Center Agent - Open To Fresh Grads - Iloilo (Possible Wfh)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a customer service representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

-Addressing customer needs and concerns
-Adhering to company and client policies and processes
-Identifying customer requirements, providing accurate solutions
-Building rapport with customers and ensuring customer engagement
-Documenting activities and managing productivity
-Possible involvement in sales activities
-Understanding and working towards set targets

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completed 2 years in college (72 units) with at least 6 months of customer service-related work experience.
- Graduates of 4-year course with or without BPO experience
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing (Strong internet speed)
- Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Willing to work onsite.
